Rigatoni Strascicati - Tuscan Cooking - Florence
Rigatoni strascicati

Ingredients for 6 people
500g of Rigatoni
2 Sticks of celery
2 Onions
1 Carrot
4 Cloves of garlic
One sprig of rosemary
Sage
1 Chilli
Tomato puree
Half of a litre of Olive oil
Parsley
Basil
Salt and pepper
Chop up all the herbs and put everything in a pan with oil. Add the tomato puree with a quarter of a litre of water. Cook. Take the water off the heat. Add salt and pepper to flavour the rigatoni and serve.
