Linguette Verdi
We all know that in Tuscany : the Lucchesi have a lot in common with the people from Genova and this recipe pays tribute to the Liguria cuisine.
Ingredients for 4 people
400g of linguette
50g of basil
15g of parsley
50g of pine nuts
40g of butter
5g of majoram and peporino
Salt, pepper and parmesan cheese of your choice
Put all the ingredients minus the butter and the linguette, into a mortar and mash it into a paste. To make this dish, melt the butter in a pan and add the paste. As soon as this is ready, throw it in the linguette. The scent will make you feel very hungry. Accompany this dish with a young red wine, better if its a little sharp.
